Fresh Watermelon Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb watermelon seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 oz Feta Cheese or Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 ¾ oz watermelon seeds as desired
  • ½ bunch garlic finely chopped
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine the watermelon, seeds, salt, garlic , and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk the balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and fish sauce together in a small bowl.
  • Pour over the watermelon salad mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with Feta Cheese or Cottage Cheese.
  • Chill in refrigerator 1 hour to serve chilled.
